Deposit Limits

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A successful withdrawal request is generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Currency

All transactions on kuy9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are not accepted.

Transaction Rejection

kuy9 reserves the right to reject or suspend a transaction in the following cases:

• If signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity are detected.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If evidence of a violation of these Terms is found.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus on the account have not been met.

Welcome Bonus

New members on kuy9 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in total wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus Usage Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• The rules for wagering with bonus funds and real funds may differ.
• Withdrawing the deposit amount before the wagering requirements are met will cancel the bonus.
• Wagers on certain game types may count differently toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

Other Promotions

From time to time, kuy9 may offer additional promotions and offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the offer page. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.

Fair Play Policy

kuy9 firmly believes in a fair play policy. All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and unalterable results. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, kuy9 reserves the right to void that round.

Sports Betting Rules

Bets can be placed on various sporting events in the sports betting section. Please note:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, kuy9 reserves the right to void those bets.
• Fluctuations in odds are normal and are not evidence of fraud.

Live Casino & Slots Rules

For live casino games and slot games, if a bet remains incomplete due to a lost internet connection, the game will automatically resume and be completed from the last saved state. Processed bet amounts will not be refunded.

VIP Program

kuy9 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available based on VIP tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. kuy9 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuy9 platform and will result in serious action if detected:

Fraud & Cheating

• Using any kind of software tool, bot, or automated script in games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an advantage.
• Creating an account using a false identity, forged documents, or someone else's information.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting).

Money Laundering

Account Sharing

• Logging into someone else's account or allowing others to use your own account.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of collectively claiming bonuses.

Inappropriate Conduct

• Harassing other players or staff.
